Biography:

Susan Storm Richards, also known as the Invisible Woman, is a fictional character appearing in Marvel Comics' *Fantastic Four*. She first appeared in *The Fantastic Four* #1 (November 1961).

Susan gained her powers after being bombarded with cosmic rays during an unauthorized space flight, along with her brother Johnny Storm (the Human Torch), her future husband Reed Richards (Mister Fantastic), and pilot Ben Grimm (the Thing). Her primary ability is to render herself, and other objects, invisible.

Over time, her powers have evolved to include generating invisible force fields, allowing her to contain explosions, fly, and project concussive blasts. Susan is a vital member of the Fantastic Four, often serving as the team's emotional center and a powerful force in her own right.
